OUR Family 計劃、使用 HYPEEEE Family卡（以及任何隨時發行的任何臨時 HYPEEEE Family卡）、任何訪問和計劃下的任何獎勵均受以下條款和條件的約束。
當您註冊 HYPEEEE Family 計劃時，即表示您接受這些條款和條件。這些條款和條件可能會不時更改，因此請定期查看。當我們提到“您”和“您的”時，我們指的是宜家家庭成員。
HYPEEEE Family卡和臨時 HYPEEEE Family卡由我們發行，仍然是我們的財產。
我們可以終止 HYPEEEE Family 計劃（提前 1 天通知），拒絕發行 HYPEEEE Family卡，取消 HYPEEEE Family卡。
要符合資格，您必須是香港居民並年滿 18 歲。
我們可能會更改或修改 HYPEEEE 家庭計劃的任何方面。
任何 HYPEEEE Family卡的使用僅適用於 ZEROOOO CARBON 商店。有時，其他促銷合作夥伴可能會加入宜家家庭忠誠度計劃。這些第三方促銷活動也將受相關第三方的條款和條件的約束。
HYPEEEE Family卡不可轉讓，只能由卡上簽名的人使用。
HYPEEEE Family卡不是藉記卡、信用卡或擔保卡。
We will safeguard any information you provide under the HYPEEEE Family programme in accordance with our Privacy policy and these terms. You can access our Privacy policy on our website and we ask you to read it carefully to understand how we will treat your data. We will use the details you provide, together with the information your HYPEEEE Family card tells us about what you buy in our stores to: understand what you like to buy; help make HYPEEEE Family better for you; and contact you with offers and information about products and services that may be of interest to you. We will also use the details you provide to inform our targeting in other channels (including digital channels).
We will share your details with the HYPEEEE group of companies who may offer products and services which may interest you. We will share your details with any business that processes HYPEEEE Family information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings).
We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers without identifying individuals to learn more about customer behavior and find ways of enhancing our services to you.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have changed any inaccuracies in the details we hold about you, the right to object to the use of your data and the right to block any specific uses of your data, by writing to us at: HYPEEEE Family.
